ABA Therapist

  • Description:  ABA (applied behavior analysis) therapists work directly with the children and teens of ABC to implement the treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts. ABA therapists will receive a one-week training prior to working one-on-one with a patient. They will be trained on aspects of Applied Behavior Analysis, with an emphasis on verbal behavior. Therapists provide high quality therapy that will promote meaningful and positive changes to the individual with autism. Applicants must have prior experience working with children. 

 

Program Coordinators (BCBA, BCaBA, BCBA-D)

  • Description: Behavior Analysts are individuals who have completed specialized university course work in the field of behavior analysis, including applied behavior analysis from an accredited university. Program Coordinators are responsible for training and supervision of therapy staff, behavioral and parental consultations, assessments, goal creation, and progress reporting.

 

Clinical Psychologist, HSPP

  • Description: The Applied Behavior Center is looking for a part-time, contracted Clinical Psychologist to join the growing practice in the Indianapolis Metropolitan Area. The position would be up to 20 hours per week and flexible based upon available time and location within our 5 Indianapolis Metropolitan Area locations. The licensed psychologist will complete diagnostic evaluations and reports. They would also provide consults with other professionals within the centers and provide review and clinical input as part of a team with other clinicians.

 

Speech Language Pathologist

  • Description: Duties of the Speech Language Pathologist are to provide speech therapy to the patients that we serve within our clinic settings. These duties include creating speech goals for the patients, working one-on-one with patients working on speech goals and training ABA therapist on how to work on speech goals with the patients between sessions.

 

Occupational Therapist

  • Description: Duties of the Occupational Therapist are to provide occupational therapy to the patients that we serve within our clinic settings. These duties include promoting maximum independence by selecting and constructing therapies according to individual’s physical capacity, intelligence level, and interest; working one-on-one with patients working on goals; and training ABA therapist on how to work on their goals with the patients between sessions.
